Initial (Deep) Cleaning
Your initial (deep) cleaning starts at $200 and goes up depending on the square footage and number of rooms you will want cleaned. It includes everything in the standard cleaning as well as dusting and wiping down all of the hard to reach areas like vents, ceiling fans, and baseboards. We also remove hard water stains in the tub and shower or anywhere else they may be. Your first cleaning will take about 4 hours to do, than a routing cleaning would be recommended.
Standard Cleaning
Our basic cleaning starts at $120 and that covers the first three hours of cleaning! Anything after four hours is $40 per hour. We will do our best to provide an estimate on the price after the initial cleaning. Weekly cleanings are generally much faster.
Add Ons
Add-ons include the inside of appliances (Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, etc), windows (inside and outside), and sliding glass door tracks. Ask during one of our scheduled visits for a quote to have any additional items addressed.
