Sales and Services

The services will be paid for with a deposit upon scheduling and full payment upon completion, unless agreed upon before scheduling.
The Terms and Conditions apply to all service displayed at the time of accessing the Site. All information, descriptions, and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, description, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services provided . You agree to purchas services at your own risk.
Subscriptions
Cleaning subscriptions (Monthly Services) automatically renew, unless provided with a 30 day notice.
Payments
We accept the following methods of Payment: Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, Zelle, and Venmo. By providing us with such information, you authorize the charge of the agreed upon amount. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment and reverse any transaction.
Law
Where any law supersedes, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. If there is a conflict, legislation will apply. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Limitation of Liability
Valley Sparkle and our owners, agents, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabililties and/or expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
